We provide technical support for Dolphin Smalltalk Professional via the Dolphin Newsgroup/Forum. If you have a problem, wish to report a bug, or request an enhancement then please post a message to this forum (see below). The advantage of using the forum is that it becomes a central location where all our users can go to see if their queries have already been addressed. Not only does this mean that you can often get an instant response but it also reduces the load on our technical support staff.

Newsgroup/Forum


There is a public Usenet newsgroup dedicated to Dolphin Smalltalk. This is the place where both experts and beginners alike can share their experiences with Dolphin. It is also readily monitored by the Object Arts developers and forms the basis of our free support policy.

You can access the forum either using standard newsreader software (point this at comp.lang.smalltalk.dolphin) or by using the Google Groups service. However, the easiest way to use the service is by choosing Help/Dolphin Newsgroup/Forum from any of the Dolphin development tools.
